Mysuru, Jan. 2- Dr. Shankaralingegowda (87), retired Medical Officer and a resident of Siddarthanagar, passed away on Dec. 28 in city.
He had served for about 35 years in Government Hospitals out of which he served for 28 years in rural places.
He leaves behind his wife H.T. Sharadamma, three sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill.
