Marking 120th birth anniversary of Jnanpith awardee Dr. Shivarama Karanth, Akhila Bharatiya Kannada Sahitya and Samskritika Parishat in association with Pragatipara Prakashanagala Samsthe has organised State-level story writing contest. Top ten entries will be selected and the authors will be honoured with Dr. Shivarama Karanth Memorial Katha Puraskara, while selected 50 stories will be published in the book, Dr. Shivarama Karanth – 120.
Interested writers can send their entries, handwritten or DTP on foolscap paper (not more than 3 pages), along with their bio-data and photograph, by post to Dr. Bherya Ramkumar, President of Akhila Bharatiya Kannada Sahitya and Samskrutika Parishat, Arakeshwaranagara Layout, K.R.
