Mysuru: The students of NPSI Mysore, who took part in the regional level Science Exhibition conducted by CBSE at Bengaluru on Dec. 7 and 8,  have been qualified for the National Level.

Around 80 schools participated in the competition, displaying around 150 projects on various sub-themes that included historical monuments with latest technology, mathematics in daily life, use of eco-friendly materials, health and cleanliness, transport and innovation etc.

The team from NPSI Mysore, Pranav Chandrashekar and Somaan Bopaiah of Class 8, presented ‘Ecogenix Monument’ — a project on ways of implementing modern technology and green energy to ensure the sustainability of the Mysore Palace.

Only 10 out of the 150 models qualified for the National Level and the project by the students of NPSI Mysore is one of them.

School Principal Akhila Dinesh, who constantly motivates research-oriented learning, is the brain behind this project.
