Mysuru: As the Office of Chamundeshwari Electricity Supply Corporation (CESC) Centralised Customer Care Centre is being shifted from Kuvempunagar to new Corporate Office building at Vijayanagar 2nd stage, the service of Electricity Helpline 1912 will not be available from Sept. 12 to Sept. 15 for the electricity consumers of Mysuru, Chamarajanagar, Kodagu, Mandya and Hassan districts.
Hence consumers are requested to make use of the following methods to register their complaints:
- By calling any of the following Mobile Numbers: 9448994777, 9448994888, 9448994999. 2. By sending SMS the word “CESC” to phone number 56263 and 9220592205
- Through website http://www.cescmysorepgrs.com.
