Mysuru, Sept.3- Indian Dietetic Association (IDA), Mysore Chapter, in association with the Department of Women and Child Development, has organised National Nutrition Mission-2019 programme at K.R. Hospital’s Arivu-Neravu Kendra tomorrow (Sept. 4) at 10.30 am.
Empowerment talks by experts on three of the Nutrition Mission themes will be followed by interactions with more than 100 personnel from Health Department, Supervisors, Anganwadi workers, Asha workers belonging to Mysuru district.
Dr. Sushma Appaiah, Convener, IDA Mysore Chapter and Nutrition Counsellor, Founder & CEO, Giggles of Livez (Golz), Mysuru, will speak on ‘Personal Hygiene and IDFC’; Dr. Asna Urooj, Past President, IDA Mysore and Chairperson, Dos in Food Science and Nutrition, University of Mysore, ‘Awareness on Poustik Aahara’ and Dr. C.
