Builders’ Association of India (BAI) Mysuru Centre and Balaji Blue Sands Pvt. Ltd., which have constituted ‘BAI Mysuru – Blue Sand Awards for Construction Excellence- 2017’ has invited nominations for the award in 13 categories.
They are: Commercial Buildings; Industrial Buildings; Institutional Buildings; Residential Buildings – Up to 60 sq mts; Residential Buildings – 60 sq mts to 225 sq mts; Residential Buildings – 225 sq mts to 370 sq mts; Residential Buildings – 370 sq mts and above; Apartments – Below 50 flats; Apartments – 50 to 100 flats; Apartments – 100 and above flats; Layouts; Civil Engineering Projects and Utility Projects.
Projects done other than in Mysuru and surrounding places by local builders are also eligible for nomination.
Nominations are open till Mar. 25 and may be sent to BAI Mysuru – Balaji Blue Sands Construction Excellence Awards Assessment Committee, #34/D, Sterling Theatre Road, 2nd Stage, Industrial Suburb, Vishveshwaranagar, Mysuru – 570 008.
