Mysuru: The State Government has launched ‘Seva Sindhu’, a programme to provide government services at the doorsteps of people which will also provide employment to educated youth in rural areas.
‘Seva Sindhu’ provides 47 services to rural people covering revenue, food, agriculture and other sectors. Educated people can contact the District Project Officer, e-administration at DC’s office for registration to open the service centre in villages.
The programme has been implemented in the district and 185 educated youth with computers, printers and internet facility have registered to open the service centres. The government has stipulated a nominal fee for all the services provided at the centre. People interested to set up the service centres can contact on Mob: 97311-67670 or 99163-36536.
