Hunsur: Eregowda (84), a resident of Moodalakoppal village in the taluk, passed away on Saturday in the village.
He was well-known for providing treatment to animals using native medicines.
He leaves behind his wife, two sons, three daughters and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held yesterday in the village.
