Kshamata S. Kesthur, a student of GSSS (right), won the gold medal and Vibha R. Shekar from Teresian School, bagged the silver medal at the District-Level U-14 Karate Tournament organised by the Department of School Education, in city recently. Kshamata has also been selected to represent the district at State level. Both are being trained by S. Deepak Kumar and S. Rohith at Gojukan Karate Institute in city.
