Mysuru: The students of Alpha National School, Manandavadi Road, have bagged prizes in the National Open Championship Karate Tournament, held at Coimbatore recently.
U-10 category: M. Preetham – 3rd place in Individual Kata, 2nd place in Team Kata and 1st place in Kumite; U-14: M. Poornachandra – 1st in Individual Kata, 3rd in Team Kata and 3rd in Kumite; R. Arjun – 3rd in Team Kata and 2nd in Kumite.
