Mysuru: Citizen PU College, Nanjangud, bagged the overall championship at BONITAS 2K17 Commerce & Management Fest conducted by Christ College recently.
Teams from 10 colleges in and around the city participated in the day-long fest that comprised competitions, activities and career guidance.
Chief guest Johnson Joseph, Managing Director of Lunars, Mysuru, inaugurated the fest. He motivated the students to excel in life and develop professionalism in their approach.
Rev. Fr. Joseph N. Philip CMI, Secretary of CMI Institutions, Mysuru, presided.
The morning session comprised ‘Inquisitive,’ the business quiz, Pick and Speak and Debate on GST.
Utsav Agarwal, Director, Bhoruka Fabcons Private Limited, Mysuru, who was the chief guest at the valedictory, shared some real life experiences while studying and working abroad.
Rev. Fr. K.A. Varghese, the Provincial of St. Thomas Education Society, presided. Students won cash prizes worth Rs.20,000. Each participant was given scholarship vouchers worth Rs.2,000. Audience who gave correct answers won gift hampers
