It was a very pleasant surprise for us today when myself and my wife visited the Passport Seva Kendra (PSK) in Metagalli Post Office, Mysuru, by an appointment at 2.30 pm. We were there by 1.45 pm; the actual work on our applications started by 2.15 pm and by 2.35 pm the complete process was over and we came out of the Office.
The officers were very cooperative and helpful and the whole experience was awesome. Thanks to them and let other government offices learn from them how to impart good service to the public.
