Mysuru: The Department of Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering, GSSS Institute of Engineering & Technology for Women (GSSSIETW), Mysuru, is organising a five-day Faculty Development and Enrichment Programme (FDEP) on ‘Digital Image Processing’ from July 8 to 12 for faculty members of various Engineering Colleges.
Dr. D.S. Guru, Professor, Department of Studies in Computer Science, Manasagangothri, will be the keynote speaker.
Vanaja B. Pandit, Hon. Secretary, GSSS, will preside. Anupama B. Pandit, AO, GSSSIETW, Dr. M. Shivakumar, Principal, GSSSIETW, R.K. Bharath, CEO, GSSSIETW and Dr. Venkatratnam Chitturi, Associate Professor and Head, Department of EIE, will be present.
Experts in the field of Image Processing such as Dr. K.S. Shreedhar, Professor, UBDTCE Davanagere, Manishankar, Application Engineer, Mathworks, Dr. T. Kasar, KaayaTech, Mysuru, Dr. U. Raghavendra and Dr. Anjan Gudiyar from MIT, Manipal, Dr. Narasimha Kaulgud, Professor, NIE, will be delivering talks on the recent trends and key topics in the field of Image Processing.
