As apart of Helen Keller’s 137th Birth Anniversary, the city’s Louie Braille Charitable Trust will be felicitating achievers at a programme at 11 am tomorrow (July 9). MP Pratap Simha will inaugurate the programme. UPSC Civil Services Exam rank holder Kempa Honnaiah, Achinta Williams and L. Shekar Nayak (Visually-Challenged International Cricketer and Padmashri awardee), will be felicitated on the occasion.
