Mysuru: Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Development Corporation has invited entries for distribution of loan, other financial aid for unemployed SC community youths (boys and girls) under ‘Samridhi Yojana’ for 2018-19.
The main idea behind this scheme is to promote entrepreneurship among the community youths. The Corporation will fund the loan amount of maximum up to Rs. 10 lakh to set up their business unit. It will also arrange all training and skill development besides marketing facilities to promote their products.
Candidates between 21 and 50 years of age are eligible to apply. Their annual income should not exceed Rs. 1,50,000 for persons residing in rural areas and Rs. 2 lakh for urbanites.
The applicant must have his/her own land to set up their business unit. There is no provision for persons to avail this benefit if any of their family members had already obtained any loan exceeding Rs. 1 lakh from the Corporation.
