Kushalnagar: Ponnappa, a Forest Watcher on duty at Athur Reserve Forest near here, has been injured when a wild elephant attacked him on Tuesday. He was immediately rushed to Kushalnagar Community Health Centre, where he was provided first aid and was later shifted to Madikeri District Hospital.
