Hernia happens when an organ, digestive system or fatty tissue squeezes through a hole or a weak point in the encompassing muscle or connective tissue. Hernias frequently happen at the abdominal wall. Sometimes a hernia can be obvious as an outer lump especially when stressing or bearing down. Hernia surgery is one of the most common non-emergent procedures and it is performed by highly skilled doctors and surgeons.
A few factors that could build the risk of developing a hernia are family background with hernias, overweight, smoking, chronic cough etc. Senior Cardiac Surgeon and Medical Director Dr. M.N. Ravi, Marketing Head K.V. Kamath, patients and their family members were present.
