Mysore/Mysuru: Food Craft Institute, Mysuru, in association with the Department of Tourism, will be providing short-term training under Skill Development Scheme for candidates who are willing to start jobs in Food Production and Bakery & Confectionery fields. Training will be held at the Food Craft Institute, Kannada Karanji Building, 1st Floor, Karnataka Exhibition Authority premises here.
Candidates in the age group of 18-35 years, with a minimum qualification of 8th standard, may apply. The training period is 18 weeks for Food Production and 6 weeks for Bakery & Confectionery jobs. A stipend of Rs. 2,000 will be provided.
Lunch, uniform and learning materials will be provided free. Successful candidates will be given certificates and placement assistance will be provided to get employed in prestigious hotels.
