Maharatna Trust, Mysuru, will be conducting a free workshop on folk songs, bhavageete, devotional and theatre songs at Basava Samiti, next to Kodava Samaja, Vijayanagar, Mysuru, from Feb. 9 to 11 between 3 pm and 5.30 pm.
Senior folk scholar Prof. Mysore Krishnamurthy will inaugurate the workshop tomorrow at 3 pm. Trust Hon. President C.V. Parthasarathy will preside. Noted Sugama Sangeetha singer & Trust Founder-President Mysore Mahalinga M. Lakshmipura will be present.
