Mysore/Mysuru: GSSS Institute of Engineering and Technology for Women (GSSSIETW), Mysuru, will be celebrating the Annual Techno-Cultural Fest GEETHAYAANA-2024 on May 6, 8 and 9. This Inter-College Fest provides a platform for students from various engineering colleges to showcase their talents.
GEETHAYAANA -2024 will be inaugurated by Dr. M. Jagannath Shenoi, President, GSSS, Mysuru, in the presence of Vanaja B. Pandit, Hon. Secretary, GSSS, on May 8 at 9.30 am in the Rangamantapa, Prof. B.S. Pandit Memorial Block, GSSSIETW, KRS Road, Mysuru.
The valedictory function will be held on May 9 at 10.30 am in its M. Govinda Rao Memorial Hall in the campus. Vidushi Dr. Jyothi Shankar, Professor and Cultural Thinker, will be the chief guest. Dr. Jagannath Shenoi will preside. Vanaja Pandit, R.K. Bharath, CEO & Management Committee Member, GSSS, Anupama B. Pandit, Board Member & Administrative Officer, GSSS, Dr. M. Shivakumar, Principal, GSSSIETW, Chief Coordinators Dr. S.N. Sheshadri, Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry and G.M. Sowmya, Department of Physics will be present.
On May 6, Technospardha, which comprises Crossword Puzzle, Circuit Debugging, Blind Coding, Technical Quiz, Poster Presentation, Technical idea presentation and Computer Gaming competition will be held.
On May 8, cultural events such as Duet Dance, Group Dance, Classical and Hindustani vocal, Skit, Mime, Debate and Dumb Charades will be held.
