Mysuru: Girijamanni (89), wife of retired Assistant Commissioner late B.S Veerabasappa and a resident of Siddarthanagar, passed away this morning at her residence in city.
She leaves behind two sons including Dr. B.V. Shivamurthy, MGP President and former Director of Siddarthanagar Taxpayers’ Association, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at Veerashaiva Burial Grounds at Lalithadripura this afternoon, according to family sources.
