Mysore/Mysuru: A 23-year-old girl has committed suicide by hanging self at her residence in city on Wednesday.
The deceased girl is Sudhalakshmi, a resident of Chamundipuram. Sudhalakshmi, who was pursuing her Engineering course at a private college it city, found the subjects to be difficult and had left the course. She then joined a college at Ujire in Dakshina Kannada and was pursuing Naturopathy and Yoga course. It is learnt that here too, Sudhalakshmi found the subjects tough and had come back home.
On Wednesday, when her parents had gone out, she committed suicide by hanging self.
Vidyaranyapuram Police Inspector Nagegowda and staff, who rushed to the spot, conducted mahazar, registered a case and shifted the body to MMC&RI mortuary for post-mortem. The Police, also found a death note, which stated that no one was responsible for her death.
Post-mortem was conducted on Thursday and the body was handed over to the family members.
