With all eyes on upcoming Lok Sabha elections, it may be noted that unlike previous polling, this time mobile phones will not be allowed inside the polling booths and to avoid last minute glitches, it’s better if voters either leave their mobiles at home or have their own arrangement to keep their phones either in their vehicles or with someone whom they accompany to have a hassle-free voting.
If a voter has lost or misplaced voter ID card, they can still vote by showing any valid photo identity proof like Aadhaar card, driving licence, passport, etc. Voters may be aware of this and cast their valuable votes for a flourishing Democracy.
