I visited the Aadhaar Seva Kendra in Kuvempunagar recently to update my Aadhaar.
I was sceptical expecting chaos being a Government Office service conditions. But to my surprise, the staff at the Aadhaar Seva Kendra were helpful, guiding the customers, the service is completely digitised, the use of paper is minimal, token system with display of counter numbers was there.
Everything was in order and my work was over in 30 minuets even though there was a big crowd.
The staff at the centre deserve appreciation for their excellent service. May their tribe increase.
