Bengaluru: Karnataka Government is taking measures to reach out to the remotest village and has plans to establish Medical Colleges in every District, said Deputy Chief Minister Dr. C.N. Ashwathnarayan, who is also the Minister for Higher Education.
He was speaking after virtually inaugurating ‘RAMSIECON 2021 — Recent Advances in Medical Sciences International E-Conference’ organised by Yenepoya (Deemed to be University) yesterday.
Appreciating the University for holding such a conference to bring in improvisation in medical and health infrastructure, he discussed the measures being taken up by the Government on health infrastructure and innovations.
“We are integrating tech-based solutions and focusing on a strong industry-academia collaboration to make our student friends future-ready with employable skills,” he added.
