Bengaluru: The State Government has planned to construct buildings for Police Stations which are currently functioning from rented premises.
Replying to a question by BJP MLA Kumar Bangarappa during Question Hour in the Legislature Session at Suvarna Soudha at Belagavi yesterday, Home Minister Araga Jnanendra said it has planned to construct buildings for 100 Police Stations and out-posts every year at a cost of Rs. 200 crore.
The Home Minister further said that the Government was for constructing Police quarters as per demands and requirement.
