Mysore/Mysuru: Following a High Court direction, the Government will hold a meeting with Federation of Karnataka State Transport Corporations at the KSRTC’s head office at Shantinagar in Bengaluru tomorrow (May 3).
The Chief Labour Welfare Officer of KSRTC has written to the Federation President, asking five office-bearers of the Federation to attend a meeting at 11.30 am tomorrow (Monday).
The Karnataka High Court on Apr.27, which heard a batch of petitions on the indefinite strike by employees of the four State-run Transport Corporations —KSRTC, BMTC, NWKRTC and NEKRTC from Apr.7 to 21 — had directed the State Government to hold talks with the Transport Unions on their demands within two weeks in order to find a solution.
