Govt. transfers 18 Dy.SPs, 100 Police Inspectors

Mysore/Mysuru: In a major shake up of the State Police force, the Government on Monday transferred 18 Dy.SPs and 100 Police Inspectors across the State.

According to the transfer list, Udayagiri Police Inspector N.M. Poonacha has been transferred to CCRB, Railway Police Inspector P.A. Sooraj to ACB (Anti Corruption Bureau) and P.K. Raju, who was serving at CCRB, to Udayagiri Police Station of the city.

In other transfers, N. Anand, who was serving at Lokayukta, has been posted to H.D. Kote Circle, Kyategowda, who was serving at ACB, to Mandya Rural Circle, L. Srinivas, who was serving at Lokayukta, to Mysuru Railway Police Station, B.R. Gowda, who was serving at ACB, to Maddur Circle, C. Shivananjashetty, who was serving at the State Intelligence, has been posted to Nanjangud Rural Circle and C.V. Ravi , who was under transfer to ACB, as Hunsur CPI.

K.R. Prasad, who was serving as Maddur CPI, has been transferred to PTS (Police Training School) at Hassan, while Puttaswamy, who was serving at H.D. Kote, has been transferred to Karnataka Lokayukta.

T.M. Shivakumar, who was serving as the Dy.SP of CESC Vigilance Squad at Mysuru, has been posted as ACP of Subramanyapura Sub-Division at Bengaluru.
