Mysore/Mysuru: The Graduation Day for students of Class 12 of NPSI Mysore was held at its premises in city recently.
Dr. Bindu Hari, Director, TISB, NAFL and NPS Group of Institutions, was the guest of honour. Akhila Dinesh, Principal, NPSI Mysore, was present.
The event commenced with the lighting of the lamp and rendition of invocation dance seeking the blessings of the almighty.
The students of Class 12 received coveted mementos from Dr. Bindu Hari and Akhila Dinesh.
Dr. Bindu Hari addressed students about the importance of humility and inspired them to work towards the development of society. She also called upon them to stay connected to their alma mater, NPSI Mysore, where they have spent their growing years and invited them to revisit the school to share their accomplishments in life.
Principal Akhila Dinesh, who too spoke, shared anecdotes and reminisced the good times spent with the graduating batch. Calling them unique and special, she wished the students the best for their future endeavours.
The student speakers spoke about their journey at the school, shared nostalgic moments and expressed gratitude to the school for all its contributions that shaped them into confident individuals.
The surprise element was the guest speakers — parents of students — who expressed their gratitude towards the school and faculty for helping their wards bloom into great students and good citizens of the nation.
