GTTC to conduct free technical skill development training

Government Tool Room and Training Centre (GTTC), Mysuru, under the Government of Karnataka’s All India Trade Test (AITT), Schedule Caste Plan (SCP) and Tribal Sub-Plan (TSP) schemes, has invited applications from eligible SC and ST youths (men and women) residing in the State, for free vocational training in technical skill development.

For Post-Diploma Training in Tool Design, candidates having  Diploma/ BE (ME/ AE/ IP/ DTDM/DPM) are eligible; for Tool Room Machinist, candidates having SSLC qualification can apply; for Tool and Dye Maker Training, candidates having SSLC and ITI qualifications can apply; for CNC Technology and CMM training, ITI or Diploma holders can apply; for Designer Mechanical (CAD-CMM) training, candidates having Diploma or BE can apply; for Electrician training, SSLC or ITI qualified can apply; for conventional machines and quality control training, candidates with SSLC or ITI can apply; CNC Machine Operator (Turner/ Miller) training, candidates with SSLC or ITI can apply; for Product Design Engineer CAD-CAM training, Diploma or BE holders can apply; for Quality Inspector training, candidates with ITI or diploma qualification can apply; for CNC Programmer- VMC and Turning training, candidates with Diploma or BE qualification can apply.  Youths in the age group of 16 to 45 years can apply before Aug. 25, 2024.
