Gulbarga Mystics became the champions of the inaugural Maharaja Trophy KSCA T20 Cricket Tournament, a replacement for the now-defunct Karnataka Premier League (KPL) which was active for eight seasons until 2019, as they beat Bengaluru Blasters by 11 runs in the final match at Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru, yesterday. Batting first, Mystics posted a massive total of 220 runs, losing three wickets. Blasters managed to score 209/9.
