Mysore/Mysuru: A few concerts of the 60th Heritage Music Festival, organised by Sri Prasanna Vidya Ganapathi Mandali Charitable (SPVGMC) Trust at 8th Cross, V.V. Mohalla, had to be postponed due to weekend curfew that was in place during the previous weekends. The revised schedule of the same is as follows:
Jan. 24: Violin Duet by Vid. Mysore Nagaraj and Vid. Dr. Mysore Manjunath. They will be accompanied by Vid. Thiruvarur Bhaktavatsalam on mridanga and Vid. Amruth on kanjira.
Jan. 25: Flute Recital by Vid. Shashank Subramayam. He will be accompanied by Vid. B.U. Ganesh Prasad on violin; Vid. Ananth R. Krishna on mridanga and Vid. Guruprasanna on kanjira.
Jan. 26: Vocal Concert by Vid. Vignesh Ishwar. He will be accompanied by Vid. Sai Rakshith on violin, Vid. Jayachandra Rao on mridanga and Vid. G.S. Ramanujam on ghata.
Jan. 27: Vocal Concert by Vid. Vijay Siva. He will be accompanied by Vid. R.K. Shriramkumar on violin, Vid. Melakaveri Balaji on mridanga and Vid. Vyasa Vittala on kanjira.
Jan. 28: Vocal Duet by Trichur Brothers — Vid. Ramkumar Mohan and Krishna Mohan. Vid. L. Ramakrishnan on violin, Vid. Trichur Mohan on mridanga and Vid. B.S. Purushotam on kanjira.
