Mysuru: Like every year this year also Central Institute of Indian Languages (CIIL) is going to celebrate Hindi Pakhwada from Sept.1 to 15 at its premises in Manasagangothri.
During this programme a series of competitive events will be organised for Hindi and Non-Hindi speakers such as translation and noting, essay writing, dictation and Hindi typing, song recitation, poem writing, lectures and debates, etc.
Members of Town Official Language Implementation Committee, Mysuru, academic and administrative staff of CIIL and its schemes are invited to participate in these events. Attractive rewards and prizes will also be given to the winners.
Any CIIL and its schemes staff member willing to participate may register their names at least one day before the commencement of the programme which will be coordinated by Hindi Unit of CIIL, Mysuru, according to a press release from Narayan Kumar Chaudhary, Assistant Director, CIIL, Mysuru.
