Honorary Lt. (Indian Navy) Ithichanda Chittiappa (77), a resident of No. 2574, Vijayanagar 4th Stage, 2nd Phase, passed away yesterday at a private hospital following brief illness.
He leaves behind his wife Shanthi, daughter Sachitha, son-in-law Mandaneravanda Kuttappa and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites will be held today at Mukthidhama in Vijayanagar 4th Stage, according to family sources.
