Bengaluru: In yet another move aimed at facilitating the Hotel Industry to return back to normal following the COVID pandemic, the State Government has approved the proposal by the Karnataka Hotel and Restaurants Association, which had sought sanction for round-the-clock (24×7) functioning of hotels and restaurants.
Home Minister Araga Jnanendra said that the Government has given nod for the proposal, by allowing hotels and restaurants to open round the clock at select places like bus stands, railway stations, inter-State terminals and such other crowded places. The police would be asked to provide security at these places, he added.
