Mysore/Mysuru: Thieves who broke into Sri Chamundeshwari Temple at Mahadeshwara Layout in Vijayanagar Railway Layout here and made away with amount collected in hundi and gold mangalya from the temple.
Police said that the thieves broke open the hundi, stole the cash offered by the devotees and four-gram gold mangalya.
Vijayanagar Police, who have registered a case, are investigating.
