The lady officer, who is newly appointed, is P.A. Seema, a native of Kodagu, who was earlier serving as the Assistant Conservator of Forests (ACF) at Madikeri Forest Mobile Squad.

Seema, who took charge as the new DCF yesterday, was greeted by ACF Anitha, Range Forest Officers (RFOs) Nandakumar and Rathan.
