All India Inter-University Athletic Championships 2017: Meghana of UoM wins bronze

Meghana Devang, representing University of Mysore won the bronze medal in the women’s shot put event yesterday with a throw of 13.71 mts event in the All India Inter-University Athletic Championships 2017 being held at Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

Kiran Baliyan of Chaudhary Charan Singh, Meerut, won the gold with a throw of 14.37 mts while Anamika Das of Mangaluru University, Mangalore, won the silver medal with a throw of 13.85 mts.
