Inter-school swimming competition was organised by CISPSMAM (CBSE, ICSE, State Private Schools Management Assn. of Mysore) at Jnanasarovara International Residential School Mysore (JIRSM) here recently. All India Inter Varsity Swimming Champion S. Siva Kumar was the chief guest. The event was presided by S. Sudhakar Shetty, Founder Chairman, Jnanasarovara International Residential School and President, CISPSMAM.
Addressing the students, Shiva Kumar said, “if your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more and do more then you are a leader”.
He also congratulated the management for maintaining the swimming pool and meeting the international standards.
Chairman S. Sudhakar Shetty briefed about the importance of swimming and advised the parents to spend their valuable time with their children in moulding their character as they will be the pillars of the future.
He insisted that students must be exposed to face situations confidently and must develop responsibility along with spreading awareness towards the use of the gadgets.
Principal Kumaraswamy, Administrative Officers Mukund and Malige Shankar were present on the occasion.
