Mysore/Mysuru: An interaction with 8-year-old Rishi Shiv Prasanna, one of the youngest Indian Members of Mensa (the High IQ Society), will be held at Kalamandira in city tomorrow (June 29) at 3 pm, under the aegis of Rotary Mysore North.
Announcing this at a press meet at Pathrakartara Bhavan in city yesterday, Rotary Mysore North President L. Channabasavaraju said that Rishi, son of Prasanna Kumar and Recheshwari couple, who hail from Nanjangud taluk, is presently residing in Bengaluru. Rishi, with an IQ of 180, is also one amongst the youngest Certified Android application developers, Channabasavaraju added.
Rotary North Member Sharada Shivalingaswamy, who spoke, said that children from various schools have been invited to attend the interaction programme. The event is not restricted to students and anyone interested may attend the programme for which entry is free, she added.
Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji will grace the occasion. Rotary District 3181 District Governor A.R. Ravindra Bhat will inaugurate the programme. Mysore University VC Prof. G. Hemantha Kumar and Deputy Director of Department of Public Instruction Ramachandraraje Urs will be the chief guests, she informed.
Rotary Mysore North Members B. Ramaradhya, Rajashekar Kadamba, D.B. Rajashekar Murthy and others were present at the press meet.
