Mysore/Mysuru: The Division of Biochemistry, School of Life Sciences, has organised a two-day international conference on ‘Genetics and Epigenetics of Cancer’ on Oct. 30 and 31 at JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research (JSS AHER) in city.
Discussion and deliberation will be on cancer such as Cancer biology, Molecular epidemiology of cancer, cancer epigenetics mechanism and cancer stem cells and therapeutics.
Eminent speakers from international (University of North Texas Health Science Centre, USA) and national institutions such as Indian Institute of Science (IISc), All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Central Food Technological Research Institute (CFTRI) and Indian Council of Forestry Research and Education (ICFRE) will be delivering lectures.
The conference also features poster presentations to share the knowledge and promote the exchange of research ideas among participants. Researchers, clinicians, pharmaceutical industry experts can participate in the conference funded by DST-SERB, Government of India.
