Mysuru: Dr. M. Kannika has been invited to present her thesis ‘Rural poverty and rural folk economic social exclusion in the 21st century’ during the 6th International Conference on Poverty and Sustainable Development 2019 (ICPSD 2019) to be held in Colombo University at Sri Lanka on Dec. 5 and 6.
Dr. M. Kannika is working as a lecturer in Kuvempu Institute of Kannada Studies, UoM and is an Advisor to National Book Trust of India functioning under the aegis of Ministry of Human Resource Development, New Delhi. She has written 15 books and more than 125 articles in Kannada, English and Hindi and has been conferred with ‘Buddha International Social Award.’
