Jain Organisation’s gesture to Pulwama martyrs’ kin

Mysuru: The installation ceremony of the new team of Jain International Trade Organisation (JITO), Mysore, for the year 2019-21 was held on Sunday last at MMC&RI Platinum Jubilee Auditorium in JK Grounds here.

As part of JITO’s service activity, a cheque for Rs.3,80,000 was handed over to Pulwama attack martyrs’ family — Kalavathi, wife of  Guru of Maddur taluk and Prithvi, wife of Chandra of Hassan.

Earlier, Navakaar mahamantra was invoked followed by a minute’s silence to condole the  death of members Javerilal Lunkar (Past Chairman – JITO Mysore) and Tejraj Salecha (Past Treasurer). JITO Chairman 2017-19 Tikamchand Vedmutha welcomed.  

National Apex Member and KKG Zone Chairman Omprakash Jain administered the oath of office to the new team headed by Praveen Dantevadiya – Chairman and B.K. Deepak Kumar Jain – Chief Secretary along with  Prakash Dak and Kanthilal S. Jain – Vice Chairmen, Goutham Salecha – Secretary, Rajan Baghmar – Treasurer, Goutham Lunkar – Joint Treasurer, Bhagyavanti Chouhan – Ladies Wing Chairperson and Kumarpal M. Jain – Youth Wing Chairperson.

Jieetmal Jain administered the oath to the new members. Zone Secretary Ramesh Ostwal, Past Apex Director  Goutham Desarla and JITO Bangalore member Jayantilal Bhandari attended the installation ceremony.

This was followed by Viraat Kavi Sammelan, in which Kavis (poets) led by Jagadeep Jain Harshdarshi, Kailash Jain Taral, Jaani Bairaagi, Paarth Naveen, Brijrajsingh Brij, Dr. Lokesh Jaadiya, Vyanjana Shukla from Rajasthan, UP and MP delivered their best poems, according to a  press release from Chapter Chief Secretary B.K. Deepak Kumar Jain.
