Jammada M. Ponnamma (88), wife of late Dr. Jammada M. Mandappa and a resident of No. 5, Bannimantap Extension, passed away in the early hours of today in Mangaluru.
She leaves behind children Jammada Poovanna, Palecanda Vani Kushalappa and Jammada Aiyanna and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill today evening.
