Karnataka Rajya Raitha Sangha will hold a “Janadhiveshana” at Freedom Park in Bengaluru from Mar. 21 to 23 to urge the State Government to withdraw the three controversial amendments to the farm laws and drop the move to privatise the power sector.
Addressing a press meet in city recently, KRRS State President Badagalapura Nagendra said, “Though the Union Government had withdrawn the controversial amendments to farm laws bowing to demands of the farmers who agitated over a year, the State Government is yet to withdraw them. We are organising a ‘Janadhiveshana’ to pressurise the Government to withdraw them immediately and also to drop the move of privatising of power sector.”
