The Karnataka Janapada Academy has invited entries from authors, publishers and editors for presenting Janapada Book Award for the year 2019. First edition of the books published between 1.1.2019 and 31.12.2020, with minimum of 150 pages, on topics including Janapada prose, poetry, criticism and research work on folk literature and compilation of Janapada works will be considered for the award. Authors, publishers and editors have been advised to send their entries to the Registrar, Karnataka Janapada Academy, 2nd Floor, Kannada Bhavan, JC Road, Bengaluru, before Oct. 25, according to a press release.
