Mysuru: J.C. Bhagyalakshmi (88), mother of former International cricketer Javagal Srinath, passed away at her residence in Yadavgiri in city this morning.
She leaves behind her sons J.C. Srinivas and Javagal Srinath, daughters J.C. Srilakshmi and J.C. Srilatha and a host of relatives and friends. Her husband J.K. Chandrashekar had predeceased her during 2018.
Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon, according to family sources.
