Mysore/Mysuru: Vokkaliga Yuva Brigade and NRI Vokkaliga Brigade have organised a Job Mela in city on Nov. 19.
Addressing a press meet at Pathrakartara Bhavan here yesterday, Brigade’s Founder-President Nanjegowda Nanjunda said that the Job Mela will be held at the BGS Spiritual and Cultural Sabha Bhavan in Lakshmikantha Temple premises at Hebbal from 10 am to 5 pm. Those attending the Job Mela should bring their resume and relevant documents and produce them when asked.
Continuing, he said that over 60 companies will be recruiting candidates in the Job Mela and added that both boys and girls can take part, besides stating that the organisation has an aim of getting jobs to 2,000 people every year and providing education to more than 150 children.
Adichunchanagiri Seer Sri Someshwaranatha Swamiji and Ramakrishna Ashram’s Swami Mukthidanandaji will grace the occasion. Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs Chief Advisor Abhijit and others will be present.
