Mysore/Mysuru: Junior Science-cum-Astronomy Lab at PM Shri School Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya (JNV) – Mysuru was inaugurated on Nov. 30, sponsored by Bharatiya Reserve Bank Note Mudran Private Limited (BRBNMPL), Mysuru, with a fund of around Rs. 39 lakh.
Harsh Kumar Manral, Senior General Manager, BRBNMPL, unveiled the lab in the presence of distinguished guests, including Pramod Kumar (General Manager, BRBNMPL), Manjunath (Civil Engineer, BRBNMPL) and the Engineers from the Construction Agency, Mysuru, Nirmithi Kendra, Mysuru.
During the inauguration, dignitaries expressed satisfaction with the lab facilities and witnessed student demonstrations, appreciating the instruments and items displayed.
J. Madhusoodanan, Principal, JNV Mysuru, expressed gratitude to BRBNMPL for their benevolent contribution, foreseeing a positive impact on students’ experiential learning. He envisioned the labs as catalysts for future leaders in various fields.
Harsh Kumar Manral commended the commitment of the Principal and expressed hope for the labs to become active knowledge hubs. The sponsors also hoped genuine utility of the labs by the students and teachers of JNV.
