K.A. Rasheed (88), retired Assistant Commissioner, Department of Municipal Administration and a resident of Bengaluru, passed away yesterday.
He leaves behind his wife, a son, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.
Rasheed had also served in Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) and was residing in Mysuru before shifting to Bengaluru.
Namaz-e-Janaza was offered at Masjid-e-Mamoor in Bengaluru after Namaz-e-Zohar today, followed by the burial at Bengaluru, according to family sources.
